Hand printed decorative pillow
Hand printed pillows are a commonly used piece in interior design and come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and decorative elements such as tassels and piped edges. The most common throw pillow designs are square and range from 16 inches to 24 inches. In the world, a hand printed pillow is more commonly referred to as a scatter cushion.
Urban Comforts
I designed fabric prints using stamp printing techniques of the traditional African Adinkra motifs. I then started creating wall art appliques, using the motifs of the Ndebelle women of South Africa as my design inspiration. Today I am busy forming my design company and looking forward to creating even more unique textile art designs.
